I would like to request centralized Monte-Carlo production for anisotropic flow harmonics correllation studies (PWG3).
For this purpose, only event-generator production is needed with use of latest stable version of JAM (ver. 2.xx).
JAM GitLab link: transportmodel / jam2 · GitLab
Simulation details:
- Statistics per each beam energy point, collision system and spectator ON/OFF: 30M events;
- Collision systems: Au+Au, Ag+Ag, Xe+Xe, U+U;
- Energy (in the CMS): 2.4, 2.5, 2.7, 3.0, 3.3, 3.5, 3.7, 4.0 and 4.5 GeV
- Mean-Field mode and EoS: RQMD.RMF with MD2
The input configuration files for the JAM model for each EoS setup and energy can be found here:
For each modeling procedure unique 32-bit seed should be set in inputfile as Random:seed = $seed.
For this option Random:setSeed = on should be always “on”.
Also number of events should be adjusted as Main:numberOfEvents = $nEvents
After modeling the modified mcini package shoud be used to convert output JAM data into Unigen format ROOT file.
Here is updated version of mcpico: GitHub - FlowNICA/mcini · GitHub
For current JAM output format use JAM2Reader.exe (run as: JAM2Reader “phase.dat” “outfile.root”)
Thank you in advance,
