Request 1: 14 wagons, input - Request 25

Here are the request details:

  • Please use the latest -dev version of the MpdRoot
  • Copy files below in a directory
  • Run command ‘root -b -q RunAnalyses.C’ to execute the Train (single job)

The Train will run over the files listed in file list.txt file. The file provided is for example only. Each job should run over 100,000 events to properly fill in the pools for event mixing. It means that list.txt file for each job should contain ~200 unique DST files. This Train run is for Request 25 mass production, please use DST files from this production. The estimated run time for 100,000 events is ~ 10 hours.

We are going to need 1M events processed for QA.

Good morning. Now it is impossible to work with wagons. Memory leaks very much, 6 GB for half an hour (it can process only 2500-2700 events out of 100,000). The system kills tasks. Look in attached file, picture on the right. I’m looking for a leak, look at the code too please, maybe the code authors will find a leak faster.
